These terms govern the use of the Veyrono website and purchases made through the store. By confirming an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms.

Products displayed on the website are offered subject to available stock. We aim to describe each product carefully, but minor differences in tone, visual rendering, or availability may exist depending on production runs, screens, or delivery destination.
Orders
Every order placed through the store remains subject to validation. An order summary email may be sent after the order is recorded. Veyrono reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of an anomaly, suspected fraud, clear unavailability, or incomplete information.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency of the selected locale, including US dollars for the primary market and euros for the French version of the site. Payment is processed through Shopify checkout using the methods offered at the time of purchase, including credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal when available.
Delivery
The store primarily serves customers in the United States and also offers sales to the European Union as a secondary market. Preparation and delivery timelines vary depending on the product, destination, and selected shipping method. Any estimates shown on the site or at checkout remain indicative.
Returns and Refunds
Veyrono applies a 15-day commercial return policy from the date of delivery. A flat $5 return fee applies. To start a return, contact contact@veyrono.com: once your request is approved, the instructions and the applicable return address for your order will be shared with you. After the returned item is received and validated, the refund is issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days, subject to the necessary checks and the payment provider's processing times.
Liability
Veyrono shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of use, or delays resulting from events reasonably beyond its control, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.
