Returns
Unless otherwise stated, you have 15 days from receipt to request a return. A flat $5 return fee applies. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, complete, and, whenever possible, in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact contact@veyrono.com: once your request is approved, the instructions and the applicable return address for your order will be shared with you.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and validated, the refund is issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days. The exact timing may vary depending on the payment provider used and the checks required to process the return.
